Praise the Lord! Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever. Who can list the glorious miracles of the Lord? Who can ever praise him enough? There is joy for those who deal justly with others and always do what is right. Psalm 106: 1-3 NLT
Who can ever praise God enough?
God has done so much for us. We tend to focus on the things that have gone badly in our lives while not paying attention to what God has done. Or we totally have forgotten about the times when we left God or ignored God’s commands to do what we wanted. We don’t think about our sins when we focus on our needs and wants.
Yet, God still loves us. God is good. God’s love never fails.
The psalmist reminds us the importance of praise, yet lets us know that God has done so much in our lives that we can never praise God enough.
Spend some time today praising God.
God, we praise you. We give thanks to you, for you are good! Your faithful love endures forever. Who can list the glorious miracles that you have done in our lives? Who can ever praise you enough? We praise you, God. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
